Main responsibilities
- Provide technical solution and ensure customer satisfaction

- Responsible to receive information about any issues concerning the operation of the system
- Capability of identifying a technical issue and provide troubleshooting.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction, handle customer expectations in a professional manner, anticipating and addressing their needs and desires. Provide flexible customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Creates solutions to problems that may arise. Use systematic processes of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information to evaluate current practice and generate new understandings about practice.
- Provide information, ensuring quality and correctness of provided information.
- Keep records of customer interaction, by recording details of inquiries, comments and complaints received from customers, as well as actions to be taken.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Electrical, Naval or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Experience with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment on vessels.
- Experience in BWTS will be highly evaluated.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings
- Strong technical background

Job requirements

- Comfortable running equipment using internal or 3rd party software, able to decipher logs and troubleshoot equipment.
- Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical drawings
- Knowledge of redundancy design is an advantage
- Knowledge of Soft PLC and Panel IPC is an advantage
- Knowledge of database/SQL queries is an advantage

Position Description:
- Contribute to the project management of assigned projects, documentation development, coordination of experiments/trials and certification of the product/ technology.
- Generate technical documentation, manuals, equipment datasheets & specifications as required.
- Maintain communication with all project stakeholders
- Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, specifications and system descriptions.
- Ensure alignment of materials purchased with project technical specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and procurement to address deficiencies and supply errors
- Contribute to the delivery projects on the agreed time and budget.
- Collaborate with the design & production teams as well as to certification teams to ensure proper application of new engineering solutions developed by the R&D team throughout the product development cycle (Pilot Trials & Manufacturing).
- Ensure the regulatory compliance of equipment, identify certification requirements, and initiate the necessary certification actions.
- Support the commercialization of newly developed company products.
- Conduct presentations for engineering, technical department, and business personnel including product training.
- Support project proposals for commercial enquiries
- Participate to pilot equipment field testing operations
Minimum Requirements:
- MSc/PhD degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in the development, design and delivery of process equipment.
- Water and wastewater treatment technologies experience a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of project transfer from R&D to product portfolio, manufacture and market entry.
- Experience in product certification an advantage.
- Project management and project execution experience.
